Judiciary Committee referral for the following:                                
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 3(JUD)                                                 
"An Act authorizing prosecution and trial in the district court of            
municipal curfew violations, and providing for punishment of                   
minors upon conviction for violation of a curfew ordinance."                   
                                                                               
CSSB 3(JUD) is in the Judiciary Committee.
